Now it came to pass after this, that Nahash the king of the children of Ammon died, and his son reigned in his stead.
وكان بعد ذلك ان ناحاش ملك بني عمون مات فملك ابنه عوضا عنه.
Après cela, Nachasch, roi des fils d'Ammon, mourut, et son fils régna à sa place.
그 후에 암몬 자손의 왕 나하스가 죽고 그 아들이 대신하여 왕이되니

And David said, I will shew kindness unto Hanun the son of Nahash, because his father shewed kindness to me. And David sent messengers to comfort him concerning his father. So the servants of David came into the land of the children of Ammon to Hanun, to comfort him.
فقال داود اصنع معروفا مع حانون بن ناحاش لان اباه صنع معي معروفا. فارسل داود رسلا ليعزيه بابيه. فجاء عبيد داود الى ارض بني عمون الى حانون ليعزّوه.
David dit: Je montrerai de la bienveillance à Hanun, fils de Nachasch, car son père en a montré à mon égard. Et David envoya des messagers pour le consoler au sujet de son père. Lorsque les serviteurs de David arrivèrent dans le pays des fils d'Ammon auprès de Hanun, pour le consoler,
다윗이 가로되 하눈의 아비 나하스가 전에 내게 은혜를 베풀었으니 이제 내가 그 아들 하눈에게 은혜를 베풀리라 하고 사자를 보내어 그 아비 죽은 것을 조상하게 하니라 다윗의 신복들이 암몬 자손의 땅에 이르러 하눈에게 나아가 조상하매

But the princes of the children of Ammon said to Hanun, Thinkest thou that David doth honour thy father, that he hath sent comforters unto thee? are not his servants come unto thee for to search, and to overthrow, and to spy out the land?
فقال رؤساء بني عمون لحانون هل يكرم داود اباك في عينيك حتى ارسل اليك معزّين. أليس انما لاجل الفحص والقلب وتجسس الارض جاء عبيده اليك.
les chefs des fils d'Ammon dirent à Hanun: Penses-tu que ce soit pour honorer ton père que David t'envoie des consolateurs? N'est-ce pas pour reconnaître la ville et pour la détruire, et pour explorer le pays, que ses serviteurs sont venus auprès de toi?
암몬 자손의 방백들이 하눈에게 고하되 왕은 다윗이 조문사를 보낸 것이 왕의 부친을 공경함인 줄로 여기시나이까 그 신복이 왕에게 나아온 것이 이 땅을 엿보고 탐지하여 함락시키고자 함이 아니니이까

Wherefore Hanun took David's servants, and shaved them, and cut off their garments in the midst hard by their buttocks, and sent them away.
فاخذ حانون عبيد داود وحلق لحاهم وقصّ ثيابهم من الوسط عند السوءة ثم اطلقهم.
Alors Hanun saisit les serviteurs de David, les fit raser, et fit couper leurs habits par le milieu jusqu'au haut des cuisses. Puis il les congédia.
하눈이 이에 다윗의 신복들을 잡아 그 수염을 깍고 그 의복의 중동 볼기까지 자르고 돌려 보내매

Then there went certain, and told David how the men were served. And he sent to meet them: for the men were greatly ashamed. And the king said, Tarry at Jericho until your beards be grown, and then return.
فذهب اناس واخبروا داود عن الرجال. فارسل للقائهم لان الرجال كانوا خجلين جدا. وقال الملك اقيموا في اريحا حتى تنبت لحاكم ثم ارجعوا
David, que l'on vint informer de ce qui était arrivé à ces hommes, envoya des gens à leur rencontre, car ils étaient dans une grande confusion; et le roi leur fit dire: Restez à Jéricho jusqu'à ce que votre barbe ait repoussé, et revenez ensuite.
혹이 다윗에게 가서 그 사람들의 당한 일을 고하니라 그 사람들이 심히 부끄러워하므로 다윗이 저희를 맞으러 보내어 이르기를 너희는 수염이 자라기까지 여리고에 머물다가 돌아오라 하니라

And when the children of Ammon saw that they had made themselves odious to David, Hanun and the children of Ammon sent a thousand talents of silver to hire them chariots and horsemen out of Mesopotamia, and out of Syriamaachah, and out of Zobah.
ولما رأى بنو عمون انهم قد انتنوا عند داود ارسل حانون وبنو عمون الف وزنة من الفضة لكي يستأجروا لانفسهم من ارام النهرين ومن ارام معكة ومن صوبة مركبات وفرسانا.
Les fils d'Ammon virent qu'ils s'étaient rendus odieux à David, et Hanun et les fils d'Ammon envoyèrent mille talents d'argent pour prendre à leur solde des chars et des cavaliers chez les Syriens de Mésopotamie et chez les Syriens de Maaca et de Tsoba.
암몬 자손이 자기가 다윗에게 밉게 한 줄 안지라 하눈이 암몬 자손으로 더불어 은 일천 달란트를 아람 나하라임과 아람마아가와 소바에 보내어 병거와 마병을 삯 내되

So they hired thirty and two thousand chariots, and the king of Maachah and his people; who came and pitched before Medeba. And the children of Ammon gathered themselves together from their cities, and came to battle.
فاستأجروا لانفسهم اثنين وثلاثين الف مركبة وملك معكة وشعبه فجاءوا ونزلوا مقابل ميدبا. واجتمع بنو عمون من مدنهم وأتوا للحرب.
Ils prirent à leur solde trente-deux mille chars et le roi de Maaca avec son peuple, lesquels vinrent camper devant Médeba. Les fils d'Ammon se rassemblèrent de leurs villes, et marchèrent au combat.
곧 병거 삼만 이천승과 마아가 왕과 그 백성을 삯 내었더니 저희가와서 메드바 앞에 진 치매 암몬 자손이 그 모든 성읍으로 좇아 모여와서 싸우려 한지라

And when David heard of it, he sent Joab, and all the host of the mighty men.
ولما سمع داود ارسل يوآب وكل جيش الجبابرة.
A cette nouvelle, David envoya contre eux Joab et toute l'armée, les hommes vaillants.
다윗이 듣고 요압과 용사의 온 무리를 보내었더니

And the children of Ammon came out, and put the battle in array before the gate of the city: and the kings that were come were by themselves in the field.
فخرج بنو عمون واصطفوا للحرب عند باب المدينة والملوك الذين جاءوا كانوا وحدهم في الحقل.
Les fils d'Ammon sortirent, et se rangèrent en bataille à l'entrée de la ville; les rois qui étaient venus prirent position séparément dans la campagne.
암몬 자손은 나와서 성문 앞에 진 치고 도우러 온 여러 왕은 따로 들에 있더라

Now when Joab saw that the battle was set against him before and behind, he chose out of all the choice of Israel, and put them in array against the Syrians.
ولما رأى يوآب ان مقدمة الحرب كانت نحوه من قدام ومن وراء اختار من جميع منتخبي اسرائيل وصفّهم للقاء ارام.
Joab vit qu'il avait à combattre par devant et par derrière. Il choisit alors sur toute l'élite d'Israël un corps, qu'il opposa aux Syriens;
요압이 앞 뒤에 친 적진을 보고 이스라엘 뺀 자 중에서 또 빼서 아람 사람을 대하여 진 치고

And the rest of the people he delivered unto the hand of Abishai his brother, and they set themselves in array against the children of Ammon.
وسلّم بقية الشعب ليد ابشاي اخيه فاصطفوا للقاء بني عمون.
et il plaça sous le commandement de son frère Abischaï le reste du peuple, pour faire face aux fils d'Ammon.
그 남은 무리는 그 아우 아비새의 수하에 붙여 암몬 자손을 대하여 진 치게 하고

And he said, If the Syrians be too strong for me, then thou shalt help me: but if the children of Ammon be too strong for thee, then I will help thee.
وقال ان قوي ارام عليّ تكون لي نجدة وان قوي بنو عمون عليك انجدتك.
Il dit: Si les Syriens sont plus forts que moi, tu viendras à mon secours; et si les fils d'Ammon sont plus forts que toi, j'irai à ton secours.
가로되 만일 아람 사람이 나보다 강하면 네가 나를 돕고 만일 암몬 자손이 너보다 강하면 내가 너를 도우리라

Be of good courage, and let us behave ourselves valiantly for our people, and for the cities of our God: and let the LORD do that which is good in his sight.
تجلّد ولنتشدد لاجل شعبنا ولاجل مدن الهنا وما يحسن في عيني الرب يفعل.
Sois ferme, et montrons du courage pour notre peuple et pour les villes de notre Dieu, et que l'Éternel fasse ce qui lui semblera bon!
너는 담대하라 우리가 우리 백성과 우리 하나님의 성읍들을 위하여 담대히 하자 여호와께서 선히 여기시는 대로 행하시기를 원하노라 하고

So Joab and the people that were with him drew nigh before the Syrians unto the battle; and they fled before him.
وتقدم يوآب والشعب الذين معه نحو ارام للمحاربة فهربوا من امامه.
Joab, avec son peuple, s'avança pour attaquer les Syriens, et ils s'enfuirent devant lui.
요압과 그 종자가 싸우려고 아람 사람 앞에 나아가니 저희가 그 앞에서 도망하고

And when the children of Ammon saw that the Syrians were fled, they likewise fled before Abishai his brother, and entered into the city. Then Joab came to Jerusalem.
ولما رأى بنو عمون انه قد هرب ارام هربوا هم ايضا من امام ابشاي اخيه ودخلوا الى المدينة. وجاء يوآب الى اورشليم
Et quand les fils d'Ammon virent que les Syriens avaient pris la fuite, ils s'enfuirent aussi devant Abischaï, frère de Joab, et rentrèrent dans la ville. Et Joab revint à Jérusalem.
암몬 자손은 아람 사람의 도망함을 보고 저희도 요압의 아우 아비새 앞에서 도망하여 성으로 들어간지라 이에 요압이 예루살렘으로 돌아오니라

And when the Syrians saw that they were put to the worse before Israel, they sent messengers, and drew forth the Syrians that were beyond the river: and Shophach the captain of the host of Hadarezer went before them.
ولما رأى ارام انهم قد انكسروا امام اسرائيل ارسلوا رسلا وابرزوا ارام الذين في عبر النهر وامامهم شوبك رئيس جيش هدرعزر.
Les Syriens, voyant qu'ils avaient été battus par Israël, envoyèrent chercher les Syriens qui étaient de l'autre côté du fleuve; et Schophach, chef de l'armée d'Hadarézer, était à leur tête.
아람 사람이 자기가 이스라엘 앞에서 패하였음을 보고 사자를 보내어 강 건너편에 있는 아람 사람을 불러내니 하닷에셀의 군대 장관 소박이 저희를 거느린지라

And it was told David; and he gathered all Israel, and passed over Jordan, and came upon them, and set the battle in array against them. So when David had put the battle in array against the Syrians, they fought with him.
ولما أخبر داود جمع كل اسرائيل وعبر الاردن وجاء اليهم واصطف ضدّهم. اصطف داود للقاء ارام في الحرب فحاربوه.
On l'annonça à David, qui assembla tout Israël, passa le Jourdain, marcha contre eux, et se prépara à les attaquer. David se rangea en bataille contre les Syriens. Mais les Syriens, après s'être battus avec lui, s'enfuirent devant Israël.
혹이 다윗에게 고하매 다윗이 온 이스라엘을 모으고 요단을 건너 아람사람에게 이르러 저희를 향하여 진을 치니라 다윗이 아람 사람을 향하여 진을 치매 저희가 다윗으로 더불어 싸우더니

But the Syrians fled before Israel; and David slew of the Syrians seven thousand men which fought in chariots, and forty thousand footmen, and killed Shophach the captain of the host.
وهرب ارام من امام اسرائيل وقتل داود من ارام سبعة آلاف مركبة واربعين الف راجل وقتل شوبك رئيس الجيش.
David leur tua les troupes de sept mille chars et quarante mille hommes de pied, et il fit mourir Schophach, chef de l'armée.
아람 사람이 이스라엘 앞에서 도망한지라 다윗이 아람 병거 칠천승의 군사와 보병 사만을 죽이고 또 군대 장관 소박을 죽이매

And when the servants of Hadarezer saw that they were put to the worse before Israel, they made peace with David, and became his servants: neither would the Syrians help the children of Ammon any more.
ولما رأى عبيد هدرعزر انهم قد انكسروا امام اسرائيل صالحوا داود وخدموه. ولم يشأ ارام ان ينجدوا بني عمون بعد
Les serviteurs d'Hadarézer, se voyant battus par Israël, firent la paix avec David et lui furent assujettis. Et les Syriens ne voulurent plus secourir les fils d'Ammon.
하닷에셀의 신복이 자기가 이스라엘 앞에서 패하였음을 보고 다윗으로 더불어 화친하여 섬기고 이후로는 아람 사람이 암몬 자손 돕기를 싫어하니라
