    И сказал царь царице Есфири: в Сузах, городе престольном, умертвили Иудеи и погубили пятьсот человек и десятерых сыновей Амана; что же сделали они в прочих областях царя? Какое желаниетвое? и оно будет удовлетворено. И какая еще просьба твоя? она будет исполнена.

    Esther répondit: Si le roi le trouve bon, qu'il soit permis aux Juifs qui sont à Suse d'agir encore demain selon le décret d'aujourd'hui, et que l'on pende au bois les dix fils d'Haman.

    Et le roi ordonna de faire ainsi. L'édit fut publié dans Suse. On pendit les dix fils d'Haman;

    И собрались Иудеи, которые в Сузах, также и в четырнадцатый день месяца Адара и умертвили в Сузах триста человек, а на грабеж не простерли руки своей.

    Les autres Juifs qui étaient dans les provinces du roi se rassemblèrent et défendirent leur vie; ils se procurèrent du repos en se délivrant de leurs ennemis, et ils tuèrent soixante-quinze mille de ceux qui leur étaient hostiles. Mais ils ne mirent pas la main au pillage.

    왕의 각 도에 있는 다른 유다인들이 모여 스스로 생명을 보호하여 대적들에게서 벗어나며 자기를 미워하는 자 칠만 오천인을 도륙하되 그 재산에는 손을 대지 아니하였더라

    И прочие Иудеи, находившиеся в царских областях, собрались, чтобы стать на защиту жизни своей и быть покойными от врагов своих, и умертвили из неприятелей своих семьдесят пять тысяч, а на грабеж не простерли руки своей.

    Ces choses arrivèrent le treizième jour du mois d'Adar. Les Juifs se reposèrent le quatorzième, et ils en firent un jour de festin et de joie.
