To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm of David. O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens.
لامام المغنين على الجتّية. مزمور لداود. ايها الرب سيدنا ما امجد اسمك في كل الارض حيث جعلت جلالك فوق السموات.
(다윗의 시. 영장으로 깃딧에 맞춘 노래) 여호와 우리 주여, 주의 이름이 온 땅에 어찌 그리 아름다운지요 주의 영광을 하늘 위에 두셨나이다

Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.
من افواه الاطفال والرضّع اسست حمدا بسبب اضدادك لتسكيت عدوّ ومنتقم
주의 대적을 인하여 어린 아이와 젖먹이의 입으로 말미암아 권능을 세우심이여 이는 원수와 보수자로 잠잠케 하려 하심이니이다

When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;
اذا ارى سمواتك عمل اصابعك القمر والنجوم التي كوّنتها
주의 손가락으로 만드신 주의 하늘과 주의 베풀어 두신 달과 별들을 내가 보오니

What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
فمن هو الانسان حتى تذكره وابن آدم حتى تفتقده.
사람이 무엇이관대 주께서 저를 권고하시나이까

For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.
وتنقصه قليلا عن الملائكة وبمجد وبهاء تكلله.
저를 천사보다 조금 못하게 하시고 영화와 존귀로 관을 씌우셨나이다

Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:
تسلطه على اعمال يديك. جعلت كل شيء تحت قدميه.
주의 손으로 만드신 것을 다스리게 하시고 만물을 그 발 아래 두셨으니

All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;
الغنم والبقر جميعا وبهائم البر ايضا.
곧 모든 우양과 들짐승이며

The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.
وطيور السماء وسمك البحر السالك في سبل المياه.

ايها الرب سيدنا ما امجد اسمك في كل الارض
여호와 우리 주여, 주의 이름이 온 땅에 어찌 그리 아름다운지요
