Dieu des vengeances, Éternel! Dieu des vengeances, parais!
O LORD God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself.
(93:1) Боже отмщений, Господи, Боже отмщений, яви Себя!

Lève-toi, juge de la terre! Rends aux superbes selon leurs oeuvres!
Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud.
(93:2) Восстань, Судия земли, воздай возмездие гордым.

Jusques à quand les méchants, ô Éternel! Jusques à quand les méchants triompheront-ils?
LORD, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
(93:3) Доколе, Господи, нечестивые, доколе нечестивые торжествовать будут?

Ils discourent, ils parlent avec arrogance; Tous ceux qui font le mal se glorifient.
How long shall they utter and speak hard things? and all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?
(93:4) Они изрыгают дерзкие речи; величаются все делающие беззаконие;

Éternel! ils écrasent ton peuple, Ils oppriment ton héritage;
They break in pieces thy people, O LORD, and afflict thine heritage.
(93:5) попирают народ Твой, Господи, угнетают наследие Твое;

Ils égorgent la veuve et l'étranger, Ils assassinent les orphelins.
They slay the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless.
(93:6) вдову и пришельца убивают, и сирот умерщвляют
-

Et ils disent: L'Éternel ne regarde pas, Le Dieu de Jacob ne fait pas attention!
Yet they say, The LORD shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard it.
(93:7) и говорят: „не увидит Господь, и не узнает БогИаковлев".

Prenez-y garde, hommes stupides! Insensés, quand serez-vous sages?
Understand, ye brutish among the people: and ye fools, when will ye be wise?
(93:8) Образумьтесь, бессмысленные люди! когда вы будете умны, невежды?

Celui qui a planté l'oreille n'entendrait-il pas? Celui qui a formé l'oeil ne verrait-il pas?
He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not see?
(93:9) Насадивший ухо не услышит ли? и образовавший глаз не увидит ли?

Celui qui châtie les nations ne punirait-il point, Lui qui donne à l'homme l'intelligence?
He that chastiseth the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teacheth man knowledge, shall not he know?
(93:10) Вразумляющий народы неужели не обличит, – Тот, Кто учит человека разумению?

L'Éternel connaît les pensées de l'homme, Il sait qu'elles sont vaines.
The LORD knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.
(93:11) Господь знает мысли человеческие, что они суетны.

Heureux l'homme que tu châties, ô Éternel! Et que tu instruis par ta loi,
Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law;
(93:12) Блажен человек, которого вразумляешь Ты, Господи, и наставляешь законом Твоим,

Pour le calmer aux jours du malheur, Jusqu'à ce que la fosse soit creusée pour le méchant!
That thou mayest give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit be digged for the wicked.
(93:13) чтобы дать ему покой в бедственные дни, доколенечестивому выроется яма!

Car l'Éternel ne délaisse pas son peuple, Il n'abandonne pas son héritage;
For the LORD will not cast off his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance.
(93:14) Ибо не отринет Господь народа Своего и не оставит наследияСвоего.

Car le jugement sera conforme à la justice, Et tous ceux dont le coeur est droit l'approuveront.
But judgment shall return unto righteousness: and all the upright in heart shall follow it.
(93:15) Ибо суд возвратится к правде, и за ним последуют все правые сердцем.

Qui se lèvera pour moi contre les méchants? Qui me soutiendra contre ceux qui font le mal?
Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?
(93:16) Кто восстанет за меня против злодеев? кто станет за меня против делающих беззаконие?

Si l'Éternel n'était pas mon secours, Mon âme serait bien vite dans la demeure du silence.
Unless the LORD had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.
(93:17) Если бы не Господь был мне помощником, вскоре вселилась бы душа моя в страну молчания.

Quand je dis: Mon pied chancelle! Ta bonté, ô Éternel! me sert d'appui.
When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O LORD, held me up.
(93:18) Когда я говорил: „колеблется нога моя", – милость Твоя, Господи, поддерживала меня.

Quand les pensées s'agitent en foule au dedans de moi, Tes consolations réjouissent mon âme.
In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.
(93:19) При умножении скорбей моих в сердце моем, утешения Твои услаждают душу мою.

Les méchants te feraient-ils siéger sur leur trône, Eux qui forment des desseins iniques en dépit de la loi?
Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?
(93:20) Станет ли близ Тебя седалище губителей, умышляющих насилие вопреки закону?

Ils se rassemblent contre la vie du juste, Et ils condamnent le sang innocent.
They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.
(93:21) Толпою устремляются они на душу праведника иосуждают кровь неповинную.

Mais l'Éternel est ma retraite, Mon Dieu est le rocher de mon refuge.
But the LORD is my defence; and my God is the rock of my refuge.
(93:22) Но Господь – защита моя, и Бог мой – твердыня убежища моего,
-

Il fera retomber sur eux leur iniquité, Il les anéantira par leur méchanceté; L'Éternel, notre Dieu, les anéantira.
And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness; yea, the LORD our God shall cut them off.
(93:23) и обратит на них беззаконие их, и злодейством их истребит их, истребит их Господь Бог наш.
