Oracle sur la vallée des visions. Qu'as-tu donc, que tout ton peuple monte sur les toits?
Пророчество о долине видения. – Что с тобою, что ты весь взошел на кровли?
The burden of the valley of vision. What aileth thee now, that thou art wholly gone up to the housetops?

Ville bruyante, pleine de tumulte, Cité joyeuse! Tes morts ne périront pas par l'épée, Ils ne mourront pas en combattant.
Город шумный, волнующийся, город ликующий! Пораженные твои немечом убиты и не в битве умерли;
Thou that art full of stirs, a tumultuous city, a joyous city: thy slain men are not slain with the sword, nor dead in battle.

Tous tes chefs fuient ensemble, Ils sont faits prisonniers par les archers; Tous tes habitants deviennent à la fois captifs, Tandis qu'ils prennent au loin la fuite.
все вожди твои бежали вместе, но были связаны стрелками; все найденные у тебя связаны вместе, как ни далеко бежали.
All thy rulers are fled together, they are bound by the archers: all that are found in thee are bound together, which have fled from far.

C'est pourquoi je dis: Détournez de moi les regards, Laissez-moi pleurer amèrement; N'insistez pas pour me consoler Du désastre de la fille de mon peuple.
Потому говорю: оставьте меня, я буду плакать горько; не усиливайтесь утешать меня в разорении дочери народа моего.
Therefore said I, Look away from me: I will weep bitterly, labour not to comfort me, because of the spoiling of the daughter of my people.

Car c'est un jour de trouble, d'écrasement et de confusion, Envoyé par le Seigneur, l'Éternel des armées, Dans la vallée des visions. On démolit les murailles, Et les cris de détresse retentissent vers la montagne.
Ибо день смятения и попрания и замешательства в долине видения от Господа, Бога Саваофа. Ломают стену, и крик восходит на горы.
For it is a day of trouble, and of treading down, and of perplexity by the Lord GOD of hosts in the valley of vision, breaking down the walls, and of crying to the mountains.

Élam porte le carquois; Des chars de combattants, des cavaliers, s'avancent; Kir met à nu le bouclier.
И Елам несет колчан; люди на колесницах и всадники, и Киробнажает щит.
And Elam bare the quiver with chariots of men and horsemen, and Kir uncovered the shield.

Tes plus belles vallées sont remplies de chars, Et les cavaliers se rangent en bataille à tes portes.
И вот, лучшие долины твои полны колесницами, и всадники выстроились против ворот,
And it shall come to pass, that thy choicest valleys shall be full of chariots, and the horsemen shall set themselves in array at the gate.

Les derniers retranchements de Juda sont forcés, Et en ce jour tu visites les armures de la maison de la forêt.
и снимают покров с Иудеи; и ты в тот день обращаешь взор на запас оружия в доме кедровом.
And he discovered the covering of Judah, and thou didst look in that day to the armour of the house of the forest.

Vous regardez les brèches nombreuses faites à la ville de David, Et vous retenez les eaux de l'étang inférieur.
Но вы видите, что много проломов в стене города Давидова, и собираете воды в нижнем пруде;
Ye have seen also the breaches of the city of David, that they are many: and ye gathered together the waters of the lower pool.

Vous comptez les maisons de Jérusalem, Et vous les abattez, pour fortifier la muraille.
и отмечаете домы в Иерусалиме, и разрушаете домы, чтобы укрепить стену;
And ye have numbered the houses of Jerusalem, and the houses have ye broken down to fortify the wall.

Vous faites un réservoir entre les deux murs, Pour les eaux de l'ancien étang. Mais vous ne regardez pas vers celui qui a voulu ces choses, Vous ne voyez pas celui qui les a préparées de loin.
и устрояете между двумя стенами хранилище для вод старого пруда. А на Того, Кто этоделает, не взираете, и не смотрите на Того, Кто издавна определил это.
Ye made also a ditch between the two walls for the water of the old pool: but ye have not looked unto the maker thereof, neither had respect unto him that fashioned it long ago.

Le Seigneur, l'Éternel des armées, vous appelle en ce jour A pleurer et à vous frapper la poitrine, A vous raser la tête et à ceindre le sac.
И Господь, Господь Саваоф, призывает вас в этот день плакать и сетовать, и остричь волоса и препоясаться вретищем.
And in that day did the Lord GOD of hosts call to weeping, and to mourning, and to baldness, and to girding with sackcloth:

Et voici de la gaîté et de la joie! On égorge des boeufs et l'on tue des brebis, On mange de la viande et l'on boit du vin: Mangeons et buvons, car demain nous mourrons! -
Но вот, веселье и радость! Убивают волов, и режут овец; едят мясо, и пьют вино: „будем есть и пить, ибо завтра умрем!"
And behold joy and gladness, slaying oxen, and killing sheep, eating flesh, and drinking wine: let us eat and drink; for to morrow we shall die.

L'Éternel des armées me l'a révélé: Non, ce crime ne vous sera point pardonné que vous ne soyez morts, Dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel des armées.
И открыл мне в уши Господь Саваоф: не будет прощено вам это нечестие, доколе не умрете, сказал Господь, Господь Саваоф.
And it was revealed in mine ears by the LORD of hosts, Surely this iniquity shall not be purged from you till ye die, saith the Lord GOD of hosts.

Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel des armées: Va vers ce courtisan, Vers Schebna, gouverneur du palais:
Так сказал Господь, Господь Саваоф: ступай, пойди к этому царедворцу, к Севне, начальнику дворца и скажи ему:
Thus saith the Lord GOD of hosts, Go, get thee unto this treasurer, even unto Shebna, which is over the house, and say,

Qu'y a-t-il à toi ici, et qui as-tu ici, Que tu creuses ici un sépulcre? Il se creuse un sépulcre sur la hauteur, Il se taille une demeure dans le roc!
что у тебя здесь, и кто здесь у тебя, что ты здесь высекаешь себе гробницу? – Он высекает себе гробницу на возвышенности, вырубает в скале жилище себе.
What hast thou here? and whom hast thou here, that thou hast hewed thee out a sepulchre here, as he that heweth him out a sepulchre on high, and that graveth an habitation for himself in a rock?

Voici, l'Éternel te lancera d'un jet vigoureux; Il t'enveloppera comme une pelote,
Вот, Господь перебросит тебя, как бросает сильный человек, и сожмет тебя в ком;
Behold, the LORD will carry thee away with a mighty captivity, and will surely cover thee.

Il te fera rouler, rouler comme une balle, Sur une terre spacieuse; Là tu mourras, là seront tes chars magnifiques, O toi, l'opprobre de la maison de ton maître!
свернув тебя в сверток, бросит тебя, как меч, в землю обширную; там ты умрешь, и там великолепные колесницы твои будут поношением для дома господинатвоего.
He will surely violently turn and toss thee like a ball into a large country: there shalt thou die, and there the chariots of thy glory shall be the shame of thy lord's house.

Je te chasserai de ton poste, L'Éternel t'arrachera de ta place.
И столкну тебя с места твоего, и свергну тебя со степени твоей.
And I will drive thee from thy station, and from thy state shall he pull thee down.

20
En ce jour-là, J'appellerai mon serviteur Éliakim, fils de Hilkija;
И будет в тот день, призову раба Моего Елиакима, сына Хелкиина,
And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will call my servant Eliakim the son of Hilkiah:
-

Je le revêtirai de ta tunique, je le ceindrai de ta ceinture, Et je remettrai ton pouvoir entre ses mains; Il sera un père pour les habitants de Jérusalem Et pour la maison de Juda.
и одену его в одежду твою, и поясом твоим опояшу его, и власть твою передам в руки его; и будет он отцом для жителей Иерусалима и для дома Иудина.
And I will clothe him with thy robe, and strengthen him with thy girdle, and I will commit thy government into his hand: and he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to the house of Judah.

Je mettrai sur son épaule la clé de la maison de David: Quand il ouvrira, nul ne fermera; Quand il fermera, nul n'ouvrira.
И ключ дома Давидова возложу на рамена его; отворит он, и никтоне запрет; запрет он, и никто не отворит.
And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.

Je l'enfoncerai comme un clou dans un lieu sûr, Et il sera un siège de gloire pour la maison de son père.
И укреплю его как гвоздь в твердом месте; и будет он как седалище славы для дома отца своего.
And I will fasten him as a nail in a sure place; and he shall be for a glorious throne to his father's house.

Il sera le soutien de toute la gloire de la maison de son père, Des rejetons nobles et ignobles, De tous les petits ustensiles, Des bassins comme des vases.
И будет висеть на нем вся слава дома отца его, детей и внуков, всей домашней утвари до последних музыкальных орудий.
And they shall hang upon him all the glory of his father's house, the offspring and the issue, all vessels of small quantity, from the vessels of cups, even to all the vessels of flagons.

En ce jour, dit l'Éternel des armées, Le clou enfoncé dans un lieu sûr sera enlevé, Il sera abattu et tombera, Et le fardeau qui était sur lui sera détruit, Car l'Éternel a parlé.
В тот день, говорит Господь Саваоф, пошатнется гвоздь, укрепленный в твердом месте, и будет выбит, и упадет, и распадется вся тяжесть, которая на нем: ибо Господь говорит.
In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall the nail that is fastened in the sure place be removed, and be cut down, and fall; and the burden that was upon it shall be cut off: for the LORD hath spoken it.
