Thou shalt not see thy brother's ox or his sheep go astray, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt in any case bring them again unto thy brother.
Когда увидишь вола брата твоего или овцу его заблудившихся, не оставляй их, но возврати их брату твоему;
Si tu vois s'égarer le boeuf ou la brebis de ton frère, tu ne t'en détourneras point, tu les ramèneras à ton frère.

And if thy brother be not nigh unto thee, or if thou know him not, then thou shalt bring it unto thine own house, and it shall be with thee until thy brother seek after it, and thou shalt restore it to him again.
если же не близко будет к тебе брат твой, или ты не знаешь его, то прибери их в дом свой, и пусть они будут у тебя, доколе брат твой не будет искать их, и тогда возврати ему их;
Si ton frère n'habite pas près de toi, et que tu ne le connaisses pas, tu recueilleras l'animal dans ta maison et il restera chez toi jusqu'à ce que ton frère le réclame; et alors tu le lui rendras.

In like manner shalt thou do with his ass; and so shalt thou do with his raiment; and with all lost thing of thy brother's, which he hath lost, and thou hast found, shalt thou do likewise: thou mayest not hide thyself.
так поступай и с ослом его, так поступай с одеждой его, так поступай со всякою потерянною вещью брата твоего, которая будет им потеряна и которуюты найдешь; нельзя тебе уклоняться от сего.
Tu feras de même pour son âne, tu feras de même pour son vêtement, tu feras de même pour tout objet qu'il aurait perdu et que tu trouverais; tu ne devras point t'en détourner.

Thou shalt not see thy brother's ass or his ox fall down by the way, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt surely help him to lift them up again.
Когда увидишь осла брата твоего или вола его упадших на пути, неоставляй их, но подними их с ним вместе.
Si tu vois l'âne de ton frère ou son boeuf tombé dans le chemin, tu ne t'en détourneras point, tu l'aideras à le relever.

The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
На женщине не должно быть мужской одежды, и мужчина не должен одеваться в женское платье, ибо мерзок пред Господом Богом твоим всякий делающий сие.
Une femme ne portera point un habillement d'homme, et un homme ne mettra point des vêtements de femme; car quiconque fait ces choses est en abomination à l'Éternel, ton Dieu.

If a bird's nest chance to be before thee in the way in any tree, or on the ground, whether they be young ones, or eggs, and the dam sitting upon the young, or upon the eggs, thou shalt not take the dam with the young:
Если попадется тебе на дороге птичье гнездо на каком-либо дереве или на земле, с птенцами или яйцами, и мать сидит на птенцах или на яйцах, то не бери матери вместе с детьми:
Si tu rencontres dans ton chemin un nid d'oiseau, sur un arbre ou sur la terre, avec des petits ou des oeufs, et la mère couchée sur les petits ou sur les oeufs, tu ne prendras pas la mère et les petits,

But thou shalt in any wise let the dam go, and take the young to thee; that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days.
мать пусти, а детей возьми себе, чтобы тебе былохорошо, и чтобы продлились дни твои.
tu laisseras aller la mère et tu ne prendras que les petits, afin que tu sois heureux et que tu prolonges tes jours.

When thou buildest a new house, then thou shalt make a battlement for thy roof, that thou bring not blood upon thine house, if any man fall from thence.
Если будешь строить новый дом, то сделай перила около кровли твоей, чтобы не навести тебе крови на дом твой, когда кто – нибудь упадет с него.
Si tu bâtis une maison neuve, tu feras une balustrade autour de ton toit, afin de ne pas mettre du sang sur ta maison, dans le cas où il en tomberait quelqu'un.

Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be defiled.
Не засевай виноградника своего двумя родами семян,чтобы не сделать тебе заклятым сбора семян, которые ты посеешь вместе с плодами виноградника своего.
Tu ne sèmeras point dans ta vigne diverses semences, de peur que tu ne jouisses ni du produit de ce que tu auras semé ni du produit de la vigne.

Thou shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together.
Не паши на воле и осле вместе.
Tu ne laboureras point avec un boeuf et un âne attelés ensemble.

Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, as of woollen and linen together.
Не надевай одежды, сделанной из разных веществ, из шерсти и льна вместе.
Tu ne porteras point un vêtement tissé de diverses espèces de fils, de laine et de lin réunis ensemble.

Thou shalt make thee fringes upon the four quarters of thy vesture, wherewith thou coverest thyself.
Сделай себе кисточки на четырех углах покрывала твоего, которым ты покрываешься.
Tu mettras des franges aux quatre coins du vêtement dont tu te couvriras.

If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,
Если кто возьмет жену, и войдет к ней, и возненавидит ее,
Si un homme, qui a pris une femme et est allé vers elle, éprouve ensuite de l'aversion pour sa personne,

And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid:
и будет возводить на нее порочные дела, и пустит о ней худую молву, и скажет: „я взял сию жену, и вошел к ней, и не нашел у нее девства",
s'il lui impute des choses criminelles et porte atteinte à sa réputation, en disant: J'ai pris cette femme, je me suis approché d'elle, et je ne l'ai pas trouvée vierge, -

Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel's virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate:
то отец отроковицы и мать ее пусть возьмут и вынесут признаки девства отроковицы к старейшинам города, к воротам;
alors le père et la mère de la jeune femme prendront les signes de sa virginité et les produiront devant les anciens de la ville, à la porte.

And the damsel's father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hateth her;
и отец отроковицы скажет старейшинам: дочь мою я отдал в жену сему человеку, и ныне он возненавидел ее,
Le père de la jeune femme dira aux anciens: J'ai donné ma fille pour femme à cet homme, et il l'a prise en aversion;

And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech against her, saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter's virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.
и вот, он взводит на нее порочные дела, говоря: „я не нашел у дочери твоей девства"; но вот признаки девства дочери моей. И расстелют одежду предстарейшинами города.
il lui impute des choses criminelles, en disant: Je n'ai pas trouvé ta fille vierge. Or voici les signes de virginité de ma fille. Et ils déploieront son vêtement devant les anciens de la ville.

And the elders of that city shall take that man and chastise him;
Тогда старейшины того города пусть возьмут мужа и накажут его,
Les anciens de la ville saisiront alors cet homme et le châtieront;

19
And they shall amerce him in an hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought up an evil name upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days.
и наложат на него сто сиклей серебра пени и отдадут отцу отроковицы за то, что он пустил худую молву о девице Израильской; она же пусть останется его женою, и онне может развестись с нею во всю жизнь свою.
et, parce qu'il a porté atteinte à la réputation d'une vierge d'Israël, ils le condamneront à une amende de cent sicles d'argent, qu'ils donneront au père de la jeune femme. Elle restera sa femme, et il ne pourra pas la renvoyer, tant qu'il vivra.

But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:
Если же сказанное будет истинно, и не найдется девства у отроковицы,
Mais si le fait est vrai, si la jeune femme ne s'est point trouvée vierge,
-
21
Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father's house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you.
то отроковицу пусть приведут к дверям дома отца ее, и жители городаее побьют ее камнями до смерти, ибо она сделала срамное дело среди Израиля, блудодействовав в доме отца своего; и так истреби зло из среды себя.
on fera sortir la jeune femme à l'entrée de la maison de son père; elle sera lapidée par les gens de la ville, et elle mourra, parce qu'elle a commis une infamie en Israël, en se prostituant dans la maison de son père. Tu ôteras ainsi le mal du milieu de toi.

If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel.
Если найден будет кто лежащий с женою замужнею, то должно предать смерти обоих: и мужчину, лежавшего с женщиною, и женщину; и так истребизло от Израиля.
Si l'on trouve un homme couché avec une femme mariée, ils mourront tous deux, l'homme qui a couché avec la femme, et la femme aussi. Tu ôteras ainsi le mal du milieu d'Israël.

If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;
Если будет молодая девица обручена мужу, и кто-нибудь встретится снею в городе и ляжет с нею,
Si une jeune fille vierge est fiancée, et qu'un homme la rencontre dans la ville et couche avec elle,

Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour's wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.
то обоих их приведите к воротам того города, и побейте их камнямидо смерти: отроковицу за то, что она не кричала в городе, а мужчину зато, что он опорочил жену ближнего своего; и так истреби зло изсреды себя.
vous les amènerez tous deux à la porte de la ville, vous les lapiderez, et ils mourront, la jeune fille pour n'avoir pas crié dans la ville, et l'homme pour avoir déshonoré la femme de son prochain. Tu ôteras ainsi le mal du milieu de toi.

But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die:
Если же кто в поле встретится с отроковицею обрученною и, схватив ее, ляжет с нею, то должно предать смерти только мужчину, лежавшего с нею,
Mais si c'est dans les champs que cet homme rencontre la jeune femme fiancée, lui fait violence et couche avec elle, l'homme qui aura couché avec elle sera seul puni de mort.

But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbour, and slayeth him, even so is this matter:
а отроковице ничего не делай; на отроковице нет преступления смертного: ибо это то же, как если бы кто восстал на ближнего своего и убил его;
Tu ne feras rien à la jeune fille; elle n'est pas coupable d'un crime digne de mort, car il en est de ce cas comme de celui où un homme se jette sur son prochain et lui ôte la vie.

For he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her.
ибо он встретился с нею в поле, и хотя отроковица обрученная кричала, но некому было спасти ее.
La jeune fille fiancée, que cet homme a rencontrée dans les champs, a pu crier sans qu'il y ait eu personne pour la secourir.

If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;
Если кто-нибудь встретится с девицею необрученною, и схватит ее и ляжет с нею, и застанут их,
Si un homme rencontre une jeune fille vierge non fiancée, lui fait violence et couche avec elle, et qu'on vienne à les surprendre,

Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel's father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days.
то лежавший с нею должен дать отцу отроковицы пятьдесят сиклей серебра, а она пусть будет его женою, потому что он опорочил ее; во всю жизнь свою он не может развестись с нею.
l'homme qui aura couché avec elle donnera au père de la jeune fille cinquante sicles d'argent; et, parce qu'il l'a déshonorée, il la prendra pour femme, et il ne pourra pas la renvoyer, tant qu'il vivra.

A man shall not take his father's wife, nor discover his father's skirt.
Никто не должен брать жены отца своего и открывать край одежды отца своего.
Nul ne prendra la femme de son père, et ne soulèvera la couverture de son père.
