Élisée, le prophète, appela l'un des fils des prophètes, et lui dit: Ceins tes reins, prends avec toi cette fiole d'huile, et va à Ramoth en Galaad.
And Elisha the prophet called one of the children of the prophets, and said unto him, Gird up thy loins, and take this box of oil in thine hand, and go to Ramothgilead:
Елисей пророк призвал одного из сынов пророческих и сказал ему: опояшь чресла твои, и возьми сей сосуд с елеем в руку твою, и пойди в Рамоф Галаадский.

Quand tu y seras arrivé, vois Jéhu, fils de Josaphat, fils de Nimschi. Tu iras le faire lever du milieu de ses frères, et tu le conduiras dans une chambre retirée.
And when thou comest thither, look out there Jehu the son of Jehoshaphat the son of Nimshi, and go in, and make him arise up from among his brethren, and carry him to an inner chamber;
Придя туда, отыщи там Ииуя, сына Иосафата, сына Намессиева, и подойди, и вели выступить ему из среды братьев своих, и введи его во внутреннюю комнату;

Tu prendras la fiole d'huile, que tu répandras sur sa tête, et tu diras: Ainsi parle l'Éternel: Je t'oins roi d'Israël! Puis tu ouvriras la porte, et tu t'enfuiras sans t'arrêter.
Then take the box of oil, and pour it on his head, and say, Thus saith the LORD, I have anointed thee king over Israel. Then open the door, and flee, and tarry not.
и возьми сосуд с елеем, и вылей на голову его, и скажи: „так говорит Господь: помазую тебя в царя над Израилем". Потом отвори дверь, и беги, и не жди.

Le jeune homme, serviteur du prophète, partit pour Ramoth en Galaad.
So the young man, even the young man the prophet, went to Ramothgilead.
И пошел отрок, слуга пророка, в Рамоф Галаадский,

Quand il arriva, voici, les chefs de l'armée étaient assis. Il dit: Chef, j'ai un mot à te dire. Et Jéhu dit: Auquel de nous tous? Il répondit: A toi, chef.
And when he came, behold, the captains of the host were sitting; and he said, I have an errand to thee, O captain. And Jehu said, Unto which of all us? And he said, To thee, O captain.
и пришел, и вот сидят военачальники. И сказал: у меня слово до тебя, военачальник. И сказал Ииуй: до кого из всех нас? И сказал он: до тебя, военачальник.

Jéhu se leva et entra dans la maison, et le jeune homme répandit l'huile sur sa tête, en lui disant: Ainsi parle l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël: Je t'oins roi d'Israël, du peuple de l'Éternel.
And he arose, and went into the house; and he poured the oil on his head, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, I have anointed thee king over the people of the LORD, even over Israel.
И встал он, и вошел в дом. И отрок вылил елей на голову его, и сказал ему: так говорит Господь Бог Израилев: „помазую тебя в царя над народом Господним, над Израилем,

Tu frapperas la maison d'Achab, ton maître, et je vengerai sur Jézabel le sang de mes serviteurs les prophètes et le sang de tous les serviteurs de l'Éternel.
And thou shalt smite the house of Ahab thy master, that I may avenge the blood of my servants the prophets, and the blood of all the servants of the LORD, at the hand of Jezebel.
и ты истребишь дом Ахава, господина твоего, чтобы Мне отмстить за кровь рабов Моих пророков и за кровь всех рабов Господних, павших от руки Иезавели;

Toute la maison d'Achab périra; j'exterminerai quiconque appartient à Achab, celui qui est esclave et celui qui est libre en Israël,
For the whole house of Ahab shall perish: and I will cut off from Ahab him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel:
и погибнет весь дом Ахава, и истреблю у Ахава мочащегося к стене, и заключенного и оставшегося в Израиле,

et je rendrai la maison d'Achab semblable à la maison de Jéroboam, fils de Nebath, et à la maison de Baescha, fils d'Achija.
And I will make the house of Ahab like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah:
и сделаю дом Ахава, как дом Иеровоама, сына Наватова, и как дом Ваасы, сына Ахиина;

Les chiens mangeront Jézabel dans le champ de Jizreel, et il n'y aura personne pour l'enterrer. Puis le jeune homme ouvrit la porte, et s'enfuit.
And the dogs shall eat Jezebel in the portion of Jezreel, and there shall be none to bury her. And he opened the door, and fled.
Иезавель же съедят псы на поле Изреельском, и никто не похоронитее". И отворил дверь, и убежал.

Lorsque Jéhu sortit pour rejoindre les serviteurs de son maître, on lui dit: Tout va-t-il bien? Pourquoi ce fou est-il venu vers toi? Jéhu leur répondit: Vous connaissez bien l'homme et ce qu'il peut dire.
Then Jehu came forth to the servants of his lord: and one said unto him, Is all well? wherefore came this mad fellow to thee? And he said unto them, Ye know the man, and his communication.
И вышел Ииуй к слугам господина своего, и сказали ему: с миром ли?Зачем приходил этот неистовый к тебе? И сказал им: вы знаете этого человека и что он говорит.

Mais ils répliquèrent: Mensonge! Réponds-nous donc! Et il dit: Il m'a parlé de telle et telle manière, disant: Ainsi parle l'Éternel: Je t'oins roi d'Israël.
And they said, It is false; tell us now. And he said, Thus and thus spake he to me, saying, Thus saith the LORD, I have anointed thee king over Israel.
И сказали: неправда, скажи нам. И сказал он: то и то он сказал мне, говоря: „так говорит Господь: помазую тебя в царя над Израилем".

Aussitôt ils prirent chacun leurs vêtements, qu'ils mirent sous Jéhu au haut des degrés; ils sonnèrent de la trompette, et dirent: Jéhu est roi!
Then they hasted, and took every man his garment, and put it under him on the top of the stairs, and blew with trumpets, saying, Jehu is king.
И поспешили они, и взяли каждый одежду свою, и подостлали ему насамых ступенях, и затрубили трубою, и сказали: воцарился Ииуй!

Ainsi Jéhu, fils de Josaphat, fils de Nimschi, forma une conspiration contre Joram. -Or Joram et tout Israël défendaient Ramoth en Galaad contre Hazaël, roi de Syrie;
So Jehu the son of Jehoshaphat the son of Nimshi conspired against Joram. (Now Joram had kept Ramothgilead, he and all Israel, because of Hazael king of Syria.
И восстал Ииуй, сын Иосафата, сына Намессиева, против Иорама;Иорам же находился со всеми Израильтянами в Рамофе Галаадском на страже против Азаила, царя Сирийского.

mais le roi Joram s'en était retourné pour se faire guérir à Jizreel des blessures que les Syriens lui avaient faites, lorsqu'il se battait contre Hazaël, roi de Syrie. -Jéhu dit: Si c'est votre volonté, personne ne s'échappera de la ville pour aller porter la nouvelle à Jizreel.
But king Joram was returned to be healed in Jezreel of the wounds which the Syrians had given him, when he fought with Hazael king of Syria.) And Jehu said, If it be your minds, then let none go forth nor escape out of the city to go to tell it in Jezreel.
Впрочем сам царь Иорам возвратился, чтобы лечиться в Изрееле от ран, которые причинили ему Сирияне, когда он воевал с Азаилом, царем Сирийским. И сказал Ииуй: если вы согласны, то пусть никто не уходит из города, чтобы идти подать весть в Изрееле.

Et Jéhu monta sur son char et partit pour Jizreel, car Joram y était alité, et Achazia, roi de Juda, était descendu pour le visiter.
So Jehu rode in a chariot, and went to Jezreel; for Joram lay there. And Ahaziah king of Judah was come down to see Joram.
И сел Ииуй на коня, и поехал в Изреель, где лежал Иорам, и куда Охозия, царь Иудейский, пришел посетить Иорама.

La sentinelle placée sur la tour de Jizreel vit venir la troupe de Jéhu, et dit: Je vois une troupe. Joram dit: Prends un cavalier, et envoie-le au-devant d'eux pour demander si c'est la paix.
And there stood a watchman on the tower in Jezreel, and he spied the company of Jehu as he came, and said, I see a company. And Joram said, Take an horseman, and send to meet them, and let him say, Is it peace?
На башне в Изрееле стоял сторож, и увидел он полчище Ииуево, когда оно шло, и сказал: полчище вижу я. И сказал Иорам: возьми всадника, и пошли навстречу им, и пусть скажет: с миром ли?

Le cavalier alla au-devant de Jéhu, et dit: Ainsi parle le roi: Est-ce la paix? Et Jéhu répondit: Que t'importe la paix? Passe derrière moi. La sentinelle en donna avis, et dit: Le messager est allé jusqu'à eux, et il ne revient pas.
So there went one on horseback to meet him, and said, Thus saith the king, Is it peace? And Jehu said, What hast thou to do with peace? turn thee behind me. And the watchman told, saying, The messenger came to them, but he cometh not again.
И выехал всадник на коне навстречу ему, и сказал: так говорит царь: с миром ли? И сказал Ииуй: что тебе до мира? Поезжай за мною. И донес сторож, и сказал: доехал до них, ноне возвращается.

Joram envoya un second cavalier, qui arriva vers eux et dit: Ainsi parle le roi: Est-ce la paix? Et Jéhu répondit: Que t'importe la paix? Passe derrière moi.
Then he sent out a second on horseback, which came to them, and said, Thus saith the king, Is it peace? And Jehu answered, What hast thou to do with peace? turn thee behind me.
И послали другого всадника, и он приехал к ним, и сказал: так говорит царь: с миром ли? И сказал Ииуй: что тебе до мира? Поезжай за мною.

La sentinelle en donna avis, et dit: Il est allé jusqu'à eux, et il ne revient pas. Et le train est comme celui de Jéhu, fils de Nimschi, car il conduit d'une manière insensée.
And the watchman told, saying, He came even unto them, and cometh not again: and the driving is like the driving of Jehu the son of Nimshi; for he driveth furiously.
И донес сторож, сказав: доехал до них, и не возвращается, а походка, как будто Ииуя, сына Намессиева, потому что он идет стремительно.

Alors Joram dit: Attelle! Et on attela son char. Joram, roi d'Israël, et Achazia, roi de Juda, sortirent chacun dans son char pour aller au-devant de Jéhu, et ils le rencontrèrent dans le champ de Naboth de Jizreel.
And Joram said, Make ready. And his chariot was made ready. And Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went out against Jehu, and met him in the portion of Naboth the Jezreelite.
И сказал Иорам: запрягай. И запрягли колесницу его. И выступил Иорам, царь Израильский, и Охозия, царь Иудейский, каждый на колеснице своей. И выступили навстречу Ииую, и встретились с ним на поле Навуфея Изреелитянина.

Dès que Joram vit Jéhu, il dit: Est-ce la paix, Jéhu? Jéhu répondit: Quoi, la paix! tant que durent les prostitutions de Jézabel, ta mère, et la multitude de ses sortilèges!
And it came to pass, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said, Is it peace, Jehu? And he answered, What peace, so long as the whoredoms of thy mother Jezebel and her witchcrafts are so many?
И когда увидел Иорам Ииуя, то сказал: с миром ли Ииуй? И сказал он: какой мир при любодействе Иезавели, матери твоей, и при многих волхвованиях ее?

Joram tourna bride et s'enfuit, et il dit à Achazia: Trahison, Achazia!
And Joram turned his hands, and fled, and said to Ahaziah, There is treachery, O Ahaziah.
И поворотил Иорам руки свои, и побежал, и сказал Охозии: измена, Охозия!

Mais Jéhu saisit son arc, et il frappa Joram entre les épaules: la flèche sortit par le coeur, et Joram s'affaissa dans son char.
And Jehu drew a bow with his full strength, and smote Jehoram between his arms, and the arrow went out at his heart, and he sunk down in his chariot.
А Ииуй натянул лук рукою своею, и поразил Иорама между плечами его, и прошла стрела чрез сердце его, и пал он на колеснице своей.

Jéhu dit à son officier Bidkar: Prends-le, et jette-le dans le champ de Naboth de Jizreel; car souviens-t'en, lorsque moi et toi, nous étions ensemble à cheval derrière Achab, son père, l'Éternel prononça contre lui cette sentence:
Then said Jehu to Bidkar his captain, Take up, and cast him in the portion of the field of Naboth the Jezreelite: for remember how that, when I and thou rode together after Ahab his father, the LORD laid this burden upon him;
И сказал Ииуй Бидекару, сановнику своему: возьми, брось его на участок поля Навуфея Изреелитянина, ибо вспомни, как мы с тобою ехали вдвоемсзади Ахава, отца его, и как Господь изрек на него такое пророчество:

J'ai vu hier le sang de Naboth et le sang de ses fils, dit l'Éternel, et je te rendrai la pareille dans ce champ même, dit l'Éternel! Prends-le donc, et jette-le dans le champ, selon la parole de l'Éternel.
Surely I have seen yesterday the blood of Naboth, and the blood of his sons, saith the LORD; and I will requite thee in this plat, saith the LORD. Now therefore take and cast him into the plat of ground, according to the word of the LORD.
истинно, кровь Навуфея и кровь сыновей его видел Я вчера, говорит Господь, и отмщу тебе на сем поле. Итак возьми, брось его на поле, по слову Господню.

Achazia, roi de Juda, ayant vu cela, s'enfuit par le chemin de la maison du jardin. Jéhu le poursuivit, et dit: Lui aussi, frappez-le sur le char! Et on le frappa à la montée de Gur, près de Jibleam. Il se réfugia à Meguiddo, et il y mourut.
But when Ahaziah the king of Judah saw this, he fled by the way of the garden house. And Jehu followed after him, and said, Smite him also in the chariot. And they did so at the going up to Gur, which is by Ibleam. And he fled to Megiddo, and died there.
Охозия, царь Иудейский, увидев сие, побежал по дороге к дому, что в саду. И погнался за ним Ииуй, и сказал: и его бейте на колеснице. Это было на возвышенности Гур, что при Ивлеаме. И побежал он в Мегиддон, иумер там.

Ses serviteurs le transportèrent sur un char à Jérusalem, et ils l'enterrèrent dans son sépulcre avec ses pères, dans la ville de David.
And his servants carried him in a chariot to Jerusalem, and buried him in his sepulchre with his fathers in the city of David.
И отвезли его рабы его в Иерусалим, и похоронили его в гробнице его, с отцами его, в городе Давидовом.

Achazia était devenu roi de Juda la onzième année de Joram, fils d'Achab.
And in the eleventh year of Joram the son of Ahab began Ahaziah to reign over Judah.
В одиннадцатый год Иорама, сына Ахавова, воцарился Охозия в Иудее.

Jéhu entra dans Jizreel. Jézabel, l'ayant appris, mit du fard à ses yeux, se para la tête, et regarda par la fenêtre.
And when Jehu was come to Jezreel, Jezebel heard of it; and she painted her face, and tired her head, and looked out at a window.
И прибыл Ииуй в Изреель. Иезавель же, получив весть, нарумянила лице свое и украсила голову свою, и глядела в окно.

Comme Jéhu franchissait la porte, elle dit: Est-ce la paix, nouveau Zimri, assassin de son maître?
And as Jehu entered in at the gate, she said, Had Zimri peace, who slew his master?
Когда Ииуй вошел в ворота, она сказала: мир ли Замврию, убийце государя своего?

Il leva le visage vers la fenêtre, et dit: Qui est pour moi? qui? Et deux ou trois eunuques le regardèrent en s'approchant de la fenêtre.
And he lifted up his face to the window, and said, Who is on my side? who? And there looked out to him two or three eunuchs.
И поднял он лице свое к окну и сказал: кто со мною, кто? И выглянули к нему два, три евнуха.

Il dit: Jetez-la en bas! Ils la jetèrent, et il rejaillit de son sang sur la muraille et sur les chevaux. Jéhu la foula aux pieds;
And he said, Throw her down. So they threw her down: and some of her blood was sprinkled on the wall, and on the horses: and he trode her under foot.
И сказал он: выбросьте ее. И выбросили ее. И брызнула кровь ее на стену и на коней, и растоптали ее.

puis il entra, mangea et but, et il dit: Allez voir cette maudite, et enterrez-la, car elle est fille de roi.
And when he was come in, he did eat and drink, and said, Go, see now this cursed woman, and bury her: for she is a king's daughter.
И пришел Ииуй, и ел, и пил, и сказал: отыщите эту проклятую и похороните ее, так как царская дочь она.

Ils allèrent pour l'enterrer; mais ils ne trouvèrent d'elle que le crâne, les pieds et les paumes des mains.
And they went to bury her: but they found no more of her than the skull, and the feet, and the palms of her hands.
И пошли хоронить ее, и не нашли от нее ничего, кроме черепа, и ног, и кистей рук.

Ils retournèrent l'annoncer à Jéhu, qui dit: C'est ce qu'avait déclaré l'Éternel par son serviteur Élie, le Thischbite, en disant: Les chiens mangeront la chair de Jézabel dans le camp de Jizreel;
Wherefore they came again, and told him. And he said, This is the word of the LORD, which he spake by his servant Elijah the Tishbite, saying, In the portion of Jezreel shall dogs eat the flesh of Jezebel:
И возвратились, и донесли ему. И сказал он: таково было слово Господа, которое Он изрек чрез раба Своего Илию Фесвитянина, сказав: на полеИзреельском съедят псы тело Иезавели,

et le cadavre de Jézabel sera comme du fumier sur la face des champs, dans le champ de Jizreel, de sorte qu'on ne pourra dire: C'est Jézabel.
And the carcase of Jezebel shall be as dung upon the face of the field in the portion of Jezreel; so that they shall not say, This is Jezebel.
и будет труп Иезавели на участке Изреельском, как навоз на поле, так что никто не скажет: это Иезавель.
