يا رب لماذا تقف بعيدا. لماذا تختفي في ازمنة الضيق.
Why standest thou afar off, O LORD? why hidest thou thyself in times of trouble?
Pourquoi, ô Éternel! te tiens-tu éloigné? Pourquoi te caches-tu au temps de la détresse?
(9:22) Для чего, Господи, стоишь вдали, скрываешь Себя во время скорби?

في كبرياء الشرير يحترق المسكين. يؤخذون بالمؤامرة التي فكروا بها.
The wicked in his pride doth persecute the poor: let them be taken in the devices that they have imagined.
Le méchant dans son orgueil poursuit les malheureux, Ils sont victimes des trames qu'il a conçues.
(9:23) По гордости своей нечестивый преследует бедного: да уловятся ониухищрениями, которые сами вымышляют.

لان الشرير يفتخر بشهوات نفسه. والخاطف يجدف يهين الرب.
For the wicked boasteth of his heart's desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the LORD abhorreth.
Car le méchant se glorifie de sa convoitise, Et le ravisseur outrage, méprise l'Éternel.
(9:24) Ибо нечестивый хвалится похотью души своей; корыстолюбец ублажает себя.

الشرير حسب تشامخ انفه يقول لا يطالب. كل افكاره انه لا اله.
The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts.
Le méchant dit avec arrogance: Il ne punit pas! Il n'y a point de Dieu! -Voilà toutes ses pensées.
(9:25) В надмении своем нечестивый пренебрегает Господа: „не взыщет"; во всех помыслах его: „нет Бога!"

تثبت سبله في كل حين. عالية احكامك فوقه. كل اعدائه ينفث فيهم.
His ways are always grievous; thy judgments are far above out of his sight: as for all his enemies, he puffeth at them.
Ses voies réussissent en tout temps; Tes jugements sont trop élevés pour l'atteindre, Il souffle contre tous ses adversaires.
(9:26) Во всякое время пути его гибельны; суды Твои далеки для него; на всех врагов своих он смотрит с пренебрежением;

قال في قلبه لا اتزعزع. من دور الى دور بلا سوء.
He hath said in his heart, I shall not be moved: for I shall never be in adversity.
Il dit en son coeur: Je ne chancelle pas, Je suis pour toujours à l'abri du malheur!
(9:27) говорит в сердце своем: „не поколеблюсь; в род и род не приключится мне зла";

فمه مملوء لعنة وغشا وظلما. تحت لسانه مشقة واثم.
His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and fraud: under his tongue is mischief and vanity.
Sa bouche est pleine de malédictions, de tromperies et de fraudes; Il y a sous sa langue de la malice et de l'iniquité.
(9:28) уста его полны проклятия, коварства и лжи; под языком – его мучение и пагуба;

يجلس في مكمن الديار في المختفيات يقتل البري. عيناه تراقبان المسكين.
He sitteth in the lurking places of the villages: in the secret places doth he murder the innocent: his eyes are privily set against the poor.
Il se tient en embuscade près des villages, Il assassine l'innocent dans des lieux écartés; Ses yeux épient le malheureux.
(9:29) сидит в засаде за двором, в потаенных местах убивает невинного; глаза его подсматривают за бедным;

يكمن في المختفى كاسد في عرّيسه. يكمن ليخطف المسكين. يخطف المسكين بجذبه في شبكته.
He lieth in wait secretly as a lion in his den: he lieth in wait to catch the poor: he doth catch the poor, when he draweth him into his net.
Il est aux aguets dans sa retraite, comme le lion dans sa tanière, Il est aux aguets pour surprendre le malheureux; Il le surprend et l'attire dans son filet.
(9:30) подстерегает в потаенном месте, как лев в логовище; подстерегает взасаде, чтобы схватить бедного; хватает бедного, увлекая в сети свои;

فتنسحق وتنحني وتسقط المساكين ببراثنه.
He croucheth, and humbleth himself, that the poor may fall by his strong ones.
Il se courbe, il se baisse, Et les misérables tombent dans ses griffes.
(9:31) сгибается, прилегает, – и бедные падают в сильные когти его;

قال في قلبه ان الله قد نسي. حجب وجهه. لا يرى الى الابد
He hath said in his heart, God hath forgotten: he hideth his face; he will never see it.
Il dit en son coeur: Dieu oublie! Il cache sa face, il ne regarde jamais!
(9:32) говорит в сердце своем: „забыл Бог, закрыл лице Свое, не увидит никогда".

قم يا رب. يا الله ارفع يدك. لا تنس المساكين.
Arise, O LORD; O God, lift up thine hand: forget not the humble.
Lève-toi, Éternel! ô Dieu, lève ta main! N'oublie pas les malheureux!
(9:33) Восстань, Господи, Боже мой, вознеси руку Твою, не забудь угнетенных.

لماذا اهان الشرير الله. لماذا قال في قلبه لا تطالب.
Wherefore doth the wicked contemn God? he hath said in his heart, Thou wilt not require it.
Pourquoi le méchant méprise-t-il Dieu? Pourquoi dit-il en son coeur: Tu ne punis pas?
(9:34) Зачем нечестивый пренебрегает Бога, говоря в сердце своем: „Ты невзыщешь"?

قد رأيت لانك تبصر المشقة والغم لتجازي بيدك. اليك يسلم المسكين امره. انت صرت معين اليتيم
Thou hast seen it: for thou beholdest mischief and spite, to requite it with thy hand: the poor committeth himself unto thee; thou art the helper of the fatherless.
Tu regardes cependant, car tu vois la peine et la souffrance, Pour prendre en main leur cause; C'est à toi que s'abandonne le malheureux, C'est toi qui viens en aide à l'orphelin.
(9:35) Ты видишь, ибо Ты взираешь на обиды и притеснения, чтобы воздать Твоею рукою. Тебе предает себя бедный; сироте Ты помощник.

احطم ذراع الفاجر. والشرير تطلب شرّه ولا تجده.
Break thou the arm of the wicked and the evil man: seek out his wickedness till thou find none.
Brise le bras du méchant, Punis ses iniquités, et qu'il disparaisse à tes yeux!
(9:36) Сокруши мышцу нечестивому и злому, так чтобы искать и не найти его нечестия.

الرب ملك الى الدهر والابد بادت الامم من ارضه.
The LORD is King for ever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land.
L'Éternel est roi à toujours et à perpétuité; Les nations sont exterminées de son pays.
(9:37) Господь – царь на веки, навсегда; исчезнут язычники с земли Его.

تأوه الودعاء قد سمعت يا رب. تثبت قلوبهم. تميل اذنك
LORD, thou hast heard the desire of the humble: thou wilt prepare their heart, thou wilt cause thine ear to hear:
Tu entends les voeux de ceux qui souffrent, ô Éternel! Tu affermis leur coeur; tu prêtes l'oreille
(9:38) Господи! Ты слышишь желания смиренных; укрепи сердце их; открой ухо Твое,

لحق اليتيم والمنسحق لكي لا يعود ايضا يرعبهم انسان من الارض
To judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that the man of the earth may no more oppress.
Pour rendre justice à l'orphelin et à l'opprimé, Afin que l'homme tiré de la terre cesse d'inspirer l'effroi.
(9:39) чтобы дать суд сироте и угнетенному, да не устрашает более человек на земле.
