Cantique des degrés, Je lève mes yeux vers toi, Qui sièges dans les cieux.
(성전에 올라가는 노래) 하늘에 계신 주여, 내가 눈을 들어 주께 향하나이다
ترنيمة المصاعد. اليك رفعت عينيّ يا ساكنا في السموات.
A Song of degrees. Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.

Voici, comme les yeux des serviteurs sont fixés sur la main de leurs maîtres, Et les yeux de la servante sur la main de sa maîtresse, Ainsi nos yeux se tournent vers l'Éternel, notre Dieu, Jusqu'à ce qu'il ait pitié de nous.
종의 눈이 그 상전의 손을 여종의 눈이 그 주모의 손을 바람같이 우리 눈이 여호와 우리 하나님을 바라며 우리를 긍휼히 여기시기를 기다리나이다
هوذا كما ان عيون العبيد نحو ايادي ساداتهم كما ان عيني الجارية نحو يد سيدتها هكذا عيوننا نحو الرب الهنا حتى يترأف علينا.
Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the LORD our God, until that he have mercy upon us.

Aie pitié de nous, Éternel, aie pitié de nous! Car nous sommes assez rassasiés de mépris;
여호와여, 우리를 긍휼히 여기시고 긍휼히 여기소서 심한 멸시가 우리에게 넘치나이다
ارحمنا يا رب ارحمنا لاننا كثيرا ما امتلأنا هوانا.
Have mercy upon us, O LORD, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.

Notre âme est assez rassasiée Des moqueries des orgueilleux, du mépris des hautains.
평안한 자의 조소와 교만한 자의 멸시가 우리 심령에 넘치나이다
كثيرا ما شبعت انفسنا من هزء المستريحين واهانة المستكبرين
Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud.
