Deuteronomy 21

Si, dans le pays dont l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne la possession, l'on trouve étendu au milieu d'un champ un homme tué, sans que l'on sache qui l'a frappé,

اذا وجد قتيل في الارض التي يعطيك الرب الهك لتمتلكها واقعا في الحقل لا يعلم من قتله

네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주어 얻게 하시는 땅에서 혹시 피살한 시체가 들에 엎드러진 것을 발견하고 그 쳐 죽인 자가 누구인지 알지 못하거든

If이프 one원 be비 found파운드 slain슬레인 in인 the더 land랜드 which위치 the더 LORD로드 thy다이 God갓 giveth기비스 thee디 to투 possess퍼제스 it,잇 lying라이잉 in인 the더 field,필드 and앤드 it잇 be비 not낫 known논 who후 hath해스 slain슬레인 him:힘

يخرج شيوخك وقضاتك ويقيسون الى المدن التي حول القتيل.

너의 장로들과 재판장들이 나가서 그 피살한 곳에서 사면에 있는 각 성읍의 원근을 잴 것이요

Quand on aura déterminé la ville la plus rapprochée du cadavre, les anciens de cette ville prendront une génisse qui n'ait point servi au travail et qui n'ait point tiré au joug.

فالمدينة القربى من القتيل ياخذ شيوخ تلك المدينة عجلة من البقر لم يحرث عليها لم تجرّ بالنير

그 피살한 곳에서 제일 가까운 성읍 곧 그 성읍의 장로들이 아직 부리우지 아니하고 멍에를 메지 아니한 암송아지를 취하고

And앤드 it잇 shall섈 be,비 that댓 the더 city시티 which위치 is이즈 next넥스트 unto언투 the더 slain슬레인 man,맨 even이븐 the디 elders엘더즈 of어브 that댓 city시티 shall섈 take테이크 an앤 heifer,하이퍼 which위치 hath해스 not낫 been빈 wrought롯 with,위드 and앤드 which위치 hath해스 not낫 drawn드론 in인 the더 yoke;요우크

Ils feront descendre cette génisse vers un torrent qui jamais ne tarisse et où il n'y ait ni culture ni semence; et là, ils briseront la nuque à la génisse, dans le torrent.

وينحدر شيوخ تلك المدينة بالعجلة الى واد دائم السيلان لم يحرث فيه ولم يزرع ويكسرون عنق العجلة في الوادي.

성읍의 장로들이 물이 항상 흐르고 갈지도 심지도 못하는 골짜기로 그 송아지를 끌고 가서 그 골짜기에서 그 송아지의 목을 꺾을 것이요

ثم يتقدم الكهنة بنو لاوي. لانه اياهم اختار الرب الهك ليخدموه ويباركوا باسم الرب وحسب قولهم تكون كل خصومة وكل ضربة.

레위 자손 제사장들도 그리로 올지니 그들은 네 하나님 여호와께서 택하사 자기를 섬기게 하시며 또 여호와의 이름으로 축복하게 하신 자라 모든 소송과 모든 투쟁이 그들의 말대로 판결될 것이니라

ويغسل جميع شيوخ تلك المدينة القريبين من القتيل ايديهم على العجلة المكسورة العنق في الوادي

그 피살된 곳에서 제일 가까운 성읍의 모든 장로들은 그 골짜기에서 목을 꺾은 암송아지 위에 손을 씻으며

ويصرّحون ويقولون ايدينا لم تسفك هذا الدم واعيننا لم تبصر.

말하기를 우리의 손이 이 피를 흘리지 아니하였고 우리의 눈이 이것을 보지도 못하였나이다

Pardonne, ô Éternel! à ton peuple d'Israël, que tu as racheté; n'impute pas le sang innocent à ton peuple d'Israël, et ce sang ne lui sera point imputé.

اغفر لشعبك اسرائيل الذي فديت يا رب ولا تجعل دم بري في وسط شعبك اسرائيل. فيغفر لهم الدم.

여호와여 주께서 속량하신 주의 백성 이스라엘을 사하시고 무죄한 피를 주의 백성 이스라엘 중에 머물러 두지 마옵소서 하면 그 피 흘린 죄가 사함을 받으리니

Ainsi, tu dois faire disparaître du milieu de toi le sang innocent, en faisant ce qui est droit aux yeux de l'Éternel.

فتنزع الدم البري من وسطك اذا عملت الصالح في عيني الرب

너는 이와 같이 여호와의 보시기에 정직한 일을 행하여 무죄자의 피 흘린 죄를 너희 중에서 제할지니라

So소우 shalt섈트 thou다우 put풋 away어웨이 the더 guilt길트 of어브 innocent이너선트 blood블러드 from프럼 among어멍 you,유 when웬 thou다우 shalt섈트 do두 that댓 which위치 is이즈 right라잇 in인 the더 sight사잇 of어브 the더 LORD.로드

Lorsque tu iras à la guerre contre tes ennemis, si l'Éternel les livre entre tes mains, et que tu leur fasses des prisonniers,

اذا خرجت لمحاربة اعدائك ودفعهم الرب الهك الى يدك وسبيت منهم سبيا

네가 나가서 대적과 싸움함을 당하여 네 하나님 여호와께서 그들을 네 손에 붙이시므로 네가 그들을 사로잡은 후에

ورأيت في السبي امرأة جميلة الصورة والتصقت بها واتخذتها لك زوجة

네가 만일 그 포로 중의 아리따운 여자를 보고 연련하여 아내를 삼고자 하거든

فحين تدخلها الى بيتك تحلق راسها وتقلم اظفارها

그를 네 집으로 데려갈 것이요 그는 그 머리를 밀고 손톱을 베고

elle quittera les vêtements qu'elle portait quand elle a été prise, elle demeurera dans ta maison, et elle pleurera son père et sa mère pendant un mois. Après cela, tu iras vers elle, tu l'auras en ta possession, et elle sera ta femme.

وتنزع ثياب سبيها عنها وتقعد في بيتك وتبكي اباها وامها شهرا من الزمان ثم بعد ذلك تدخل عليها وتتزوج بها فتكون لك زوجة.

또 포로의 의복을 벗고 네 집에 거하며 그 부모를 위하여 일개월동안 애곡한 후에 네가 그에게로 들어가서 그 남편이 되고 그는 네 아내가 될것이요

Si elle cesse de te plaire, tu la laisseras aller où elle voudra, tu ne pourras pas la vendre pour de l'argent ni la traiter comme esclave, parce que tu l'auras humiliée.

وان لم تسرّ بها فاطلقها لنفسها. لا تبعها بيعا بفضة ولا تسترقها من اجل انك قد اذللتها

그 후에 네가 그를 기뻐하지 아니하거든 그 마음대로 가게 하고 결코 돈을 받고 팔지 말지라 네가 그를 욕보였은즉 종으로 여기지 말지니라

Si un homme, qui a deux femmes, aime l'une et n'aime pas l'autre, et s'il en a des fils dont le premier-né soit de la femme qu'il n'aime pas,

اذا كان لرجل امرأتان احداهما محبوبة والاخرى مكروهة فولدتا له بنين المحبوبة والمكروهة. فان كان الابن البكر للمكروهة

어떤 사람이 두 아내를 두었는데 하나는 사랑을 받고 하나는 미움을 받다가 그 사랑을 받는 자와 미움을 받는 자가 둘 다 아들을 낳았다 하자 그 미움을 받는 자의 소생이 장자여든

il ne pourra point, quand il partagera son bien entre ses fils, reconnaître comme premier-né le fils de celle qu'il aime, à la place du fils de celle qu'il n'aime pas, et qui est le premier-né.

فيوم يقسم لبنيه ما كان له لا يحل له ان يقدم ابن المحبوبة بكرا على ابن المكروهة البكر

자기의 소유를 그 아들들에게 기업으로 나누는 날에 그 사랑을 받는 자의 아들로 장자를 삼아 참 장자 곧 미움을 받는 자의 아들보다 앞세우지 말고

Mais il reconnaîtra pour premier-né le fils de celle qu'il n'aime pas, et lui donnera sur son bien une portion double; car ce fils est les prémices de sa vigueur, le droit d'aînesse lui appartient.

بل يعرف ابن المكروهة بكرا ليعطيه نصيب اثنين من كل ما يوجد عنده لانه هو اول قدرته له حق البكورية

반드시 그 미움을 받는 자의 아들을 장자로 인정하여 자기의 소유에서 그에게는 두 몫을 줄 것이니 그는 자기의 기력의 시작이라 장자의 권리가 그에게 있음이니라

But벗 he히 shall섈 acknowledge액날리지 the더 son선 of어브 the더 hated헤이티드 for포 the더 firstborn,퍼스트본 by바이 giving기빙 him힘 a어 double더블 portion포션 of어브 all올 that댓 he히 hath:해스 for포 he히 is이즈 the더 beginning비기닝 of어브 his히즈 strength;스트렝스 the더 right라잇 of어브 the더 firstborn퍼스트본 is이즈 his.히즈

Si un homme a un fils indocile et rebelle, n'écoutant ni la voix de son père, ni la voix de sa mère, et ne leur obéissant pas même après qu'ils l'ont châtié,

اذا كان لرجل ابن معاند ومارد لا يسمع لقول ابيه ولا لقول امه ويؤدبانه فلا يسمع لهما.

사람에게 완악하고 패역한 아들이 있어 그 아비의 말이나 그 어미의 말을 순종치 아니하고 부모가 징책하여도 듣지 아니하거든

يمسكه ابوه وامه ويأتيان به الى شيوخ مدينته والى باب مكانه

부모가 그를 잡아가지고 성문에 이르러 그 성읍 장로들에게 나아가서

Ils diront aux anciens de sa ville: Voici notre fils qui est indocile et rebelle, qui n'écoute pas notre voix, et qui se livre à des excès et à l'ivrognerie.

ويقولان لشيوخ مدينته. ابننا هذا معاند ومارد لا يسمع لقولنا وهو مسرف وسكير.

그 성읍 장로들에게 말하기를 ‘우리의 이 자식은 완악하고 패역하여 우리 말을 순종치 아니하고 방탕하며 술에 잠긴 자라’ 하거든

Et tous les hommes de sa ville le lapideront, et il mourra. Tu ôteras ainsi le mal du milieu de toi, afin que tout Israël entende et craigne.

فيرجمه جميع رجال مدينته بحجارة حتى يموت. فتنزع الشر من بينكم ويسمع كل اسرائيل ويخافون

그 성읍의 모든 사람들이 그를 돌로 쳐 죽일지니 이같이 네가 너의 중에 악을 제하라 그리하면 온 이스라엘이 듣고 두려워하리라

Si l'on fait mourir un homme qui a commis un crime digne de mort, et que tu l'aies pendu à un bois,

واذا كان على انسان خطية حقها الموت فقتل وعلقته على خشبة

사람이 만일 죽을 죄를 범하므로 네가 그를 죽여 나무 위에 달거든

فلا تبت جثته على الخشبة بل تدفنه في ذلك اليوم. لان المعلّق ملعون من الله. فلا تنجس ارضك التي يعطيك الرب الهك نصيبا

그 시체를 나무 위에 밤새도록 두지 말고 당일에 장사하여 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 기업으로 주시는 땅을 더럽히지 말라 나무에 달린 자는 하나님께 저주를 받았음이니라
