Если в земле, которую Господь Бог твой, дает тебе во владение, найден будет убитый, лежащий на поле, и неизвестно, кто убил его,
If one be found slain in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, and it be not known who hath slain him:
네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주어 얻게 하시는 땅에서 혹시 피살한 시체가 들에 엎드러진 것을 발견하고 그 쳐 죽인 자가 누구인지 알지 못하거든
Si, dans le pays dont l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne la possession, l'on trouve étendu au milieu d'un champ un homme tué, sans que l'on sache qui l'a frappé,

то пусть выйдут старейшины твои и судьи твои и измерят расстояние до городов, которые вокруг убитого;
Then thy elders and thy judges shall come forth, and they shall measure unto the cities which are round about him that is slain:
너의 장로들과 재판장들이 나가서 그 피살한 곳에서 사면에 있는 각 성읍의 원근을 잴 것이요
tes anciens et tes juges iront mesurer les distances à partir du cadavre jusqu'aux villes des environs.

и старейшины города того, который будет ближайшим к убитому, пусть возьмут телицу, на которой не работали, и которая не носила ярма,
And it shall be, that the city which is next unto the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take an heifer, which hath not been wrought with, and which hath not drawn in the yoke;
그 피살한 곳에서 제일 가까운 성읍 곧 그 성읍의 장로들이 아직 부리우지 아니하고 멍에를 메지 아니한 암송아지를 취하고
Quand on aura déterminé la ville la plus rapprochée du cadavre, les anciens de cette ville prendront une génisse qui n'ait point servi au travail et qui n'ait point tiré au joug.

и пусть старейшины того города отведут сию телицу в дикую долину, которая не разработана и не засеяна, и заколют там телицу в долине;
And the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which is neither eared nor sown, and shall strike off the heifer's neck there in the valley:
성읍의 장로들이 물이 항상 흐르고 갈지도 심지도 못하는 골짜기로 그 송아지를 끌고 가서 그 골짜기에서 그 송아지의 목을 꺾을 것이요
Ils feront descendre cette génisse vers un torrent qui jamais ne tarisse et où il n'y ait ni culture ni semence; et là, ils briseront la nuque à la génisse, dans le torrent.

и придут священники, сыны Левиины;
And the priests the sons of Levi shall come near; for them the LORD thy God hath chosen to minister unto him, and to bless in the name of the LORD; and by their word shall every controversy and every stroke be tried:
레위 자손 제사장들도 그리로 올지니 그들은 네 하나님 여호와께서 택하사 자기를 섬기게 하시며 또 여호와의 이름으로 축복하게 하신 자라 모든 소송과 모든 투쟁이 그들의 말대로 판결될 것이니라
Alors s'approcheront les sacrificateurs, fils de Lévi; car l'Éternel, ton Dieu, les a choisis pour qu'ils le servent et qu'ils bénissent au nom de l'Éternel, et ce sont eux qui doivent prononcer sur toute contestation et sur toute blessure.

и все старейшины города того, ближайшие к убитому, пусть омоют руки свои над головою телицы, зарезанной в долине,
And all the elders of that city, that are next unto the slain man, shall wash their hands over the heifer that is beheaded in the valley:
그 피살된 곳에서 제일 가까운 성읍의 모든 장로들은 그 골짜기에서 목을 꺾은 암송아지 위에 손을 씻으며
Tous les anciens de cette ville la plus rapprochée du cadavre laveront leurs mains sur la génisse à laquelle on a brisé la nuque dans le torrent.

и объявят и скажут: руки наши не пролили крови сей, и глаза наши не видели;
And they shall answer and say, Our hands have not shed this blood, neither have our eyes seen it.
말하기를 우리의 손이 이 피를 흘리지 아니하였고 우리의 눈이 이것을 보지도 못하였나이다
Et prenant la parole, ils diront: Nos mains n'ont point répandu ce sang et nos yeux ne l'ont point vu répandre.

очисти народ Твой, Израиля, который Ты, Господи, освободил, и не вмени народу Твоему, Израилю, невинной крови. И они очистятся от крови.
Be merciful, O LORD, unto thy people Israel, whom thou hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto thy people of Israel's charge. And the blood shall be forgiven them.
여호와여 주께서 속량하신 주의 백성 이스라엘을 사하시고 무죄한 피를 주의 백성 이스라엘 중에 머물러 두지 마옵소서 하면 그 피 흘린 죄가 사함을 받으리니
Pardonne, ô Éternel! à ton peuple d'Israël, que tu as racheté; n'impute pas le sang innocent à ton peuple d'Israël, et ce sang ne lui sera point imputé.

Так должен ты смывать у себя кровь невинного, если хочешьделать доброе и справедливое пред очами Господа.
So shalt thou put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.
너는 이와 같이 여호와의 보시기에 정직한 일을 행하여 무죄자의 피 흘린 죄를 너희 중에서 제할지니라
Ainsi, tu dois faire disparaître du milieu de toi le sang innocent, en faisant ce qui est droit aux yeux de l'Éternel.

Когда выйдешь на войну против врагов твоих, и Господь Бог твой предаст их в руки твои, и возьмешь их в плен,
When thou goest forth to war against thine enemies, and the LORD thy God hath delivered them into thine hands, and thou hast taken them captive,
네가 나가서 대적과 싸움함을 당하여 네 하나님 여호와께서 그들을 네 손에 붙이시므로 네가 그들을 사로잡은 후에
Lorsque tu iras à la guerre contre tes ennemis, si l'Éternel les livre entre tes mains, et que tu leur fasses des prisonniers,

и увидишь между пленными женщину, красивую видом, и полюбишь ее,и захочешь взять ее себе в жену,
And seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife;
네가 만일 그 포로 중의 아리따운 여자를 보고 연련하여 아내를 삼고자 하거든
peut-être verras-tu parmi les captives une femme belle de figure, et auras-tu le désir de la prendre pour femme.

то приведи ее в дом свой, и пусть она острижет голову свою и обрежет ногти свои,
Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house; and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails;
그를 네 집으로 데려갈 것이요 그는 그 머리를 밀고 손톱을 베고
Alors tu l'amèneras dans l'intérieur de ta maison. Elle se rasera la tête et se fera les ongles,

и снимет с себя пленническую одежду свою, и живет в доме твоем, и оплакивает отца своего и матерь свою в продолжение месяца; и после того ты можешь войти к ней и сделаться ее мужем, и она будет твоею женою;
And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife.
또 포로의 의복을 벗고 네 집에 거하며 그 부모를 위하여 일개월동안 애곡한 후에 네가 그에게로 들어가서 그 남편이 되고 그는 네 아내가 될것이요
elle quittera les vêtements qu'elle portait quand elle a été prise, elle demeurera dans ta maison, et elle pleurera son père et sa mère pendant un mois. Après cela, tu iras vers elle, tu l'auras en ta possession, et elle sera ta femme.

если же она после не понравится тебе, то отпусти ее, куда она захочет, но не продавай ее за серебро и не обращай ее в рабство, потому что ты смирил ее.
And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go whither she will; but thou shalt not sell her at all for money, thou shalt not make merchandise of her, because thou hast humbled her.
그 후에 네가 그를 기뻐하지 아니하거든 그 마음대로 가게 하고 결코 돈을 받고 팔지 말지라 네가 그를 욕보였은즉 종으로 여기지 말지니라
Si elle cesse de te plaire, tu la laisseras aller où elle voudra, tu ne pourras pas la vendre pour de l'argent ni la traiter comme esclave, parce que tu l'auras humiliée.

Если у кого будут две жены – одна любимая, а другая нелюбимая, и как любимая, так и нелюбимая родят ему сыновей, и первенцем будетсын нелюбимой, –
If a man have two wives, one beloved, and another hated, and they have born him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be hers that was hated:
어떤 사람이 두 아내를 두었는데 하나는 사랑을 받고 하나는 미움을 받다가 그 사랑을 받는 자와 미움을 받는 자가 둘 다 아들을 낳았다 하자 그 미움을 받는 자의 소생이 장자여든
Si un homme, qui a deux femmes, aime l'une et n'aime pas l'autre, et s'il en a des fils dont le premier-né soit de la femme qu'il n'aime pas,

то, при разделе сыновьям своим имения своего, он не может сыну жены любимой дать первенство пред первородным сыном нелюбимой;
Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to inherit that which he hath, that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn:
자기의 소유를 그 아들들에게 기업으로 나누는 날에 그 사랑을 받는 자의 아들로 장자를 삼아 참 장자 곧 미움을 받는 자의 아들보다 앞세우지 말고
il ne pourra point, quand il partagera son bien entre ses fils, reconnaître comme premier-né le fils de celle qu'il aime, à la place du fils de celle qu'il n'aime pas, et qui est le premier-né.

но первенцем должен признать сына нелюбимой и дать емудвойную часть из всего, что у него найдется, ибо он есть начаток силы его, ему принадлежит правопервородства.
But he shall acknowledge the son of the hated for the firstborn, by giving him a double portion of all that he hath: for he is the beginning of his strength; the right of the firstborn is his.
반드시 그 미움을 받는 자의 아들을 장자로 인정하여 자기의 소유에서 그에게는 두 몫을 줄 것이니 그는 자기의 기력의 시작이라 장자의 권리가 그에게 있음이니라
Mais il reconnaîtra pour premier-né le fils de celle qu'il n'aime pas, et lui donnera sur son bien une portion double; car ce fils est les prémices de sa vigueur, le droit d'aînesse lui appartient.

Если у кого будет сын буйный и непокорный, неповинующийся голосу отца своего и голосу матери своей, и они наказывали его, но он не слушает их, –
If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them:
사람에게 완악하고 패역한 아들이 있어 그 아비의 말이나 그 어미의 말을 순종치 아니하고 부모가 징책하여도 듣지 아니하거든
Si un homme a un fils indocile et rebelle, n'écoutant ni la voix de son père, ni la voix de sa mère, et ne leur obéissant pas même après qu'ils l'ont châtié,

то отец его и мать его пусть возьмут его и приведут его к старейшинам города своего и к воротам своего местопребывания
Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place;
부모가 그를 잡아가지고 성문에 이르러 그 성읍 장로들에게 나아가서
le père et la mère le prendront, et le mèneront vers les anciens de sa ville et à la porte du lieu qu'il habite.

и скажут старейшинам города своего: „сей сын наш буен и непокорен, не слушает слов наших, мот и пьяница";
And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.
그 성읍 장로들에게 말하기를 ‘우리의 이 자식은 완악하고 패역하여 우리 말을 순종치 아니하고 방탕하며 술에 잠긴 자라’ 하거든
Ils diront aux anciens de sa ville: Voici notre fils qui est indocile et rebelle, qui n'écoute pas notre voix, et qui se livre à des excès et à l'ivrognerie.

тогда все жители города его пусть побьют его камнями до смерти; и так истреби зло из среды себя, и все Израильтяне услышат и убоятся.
And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.
그 성읍의 모든 사람들이 그를 돌로 쳐 죽일지니 이같이 네가 너의 중에 악을 제하라 그리하면 온 이스라엘이 듣고 두려워하리라
Et tous les hommes de sa ville le lapideront, et il mourra. Tu ôteras ainsi le mal du milieu de toi, afin que tout Israël entende et craigne.

Если в ком найдется преступление, достойное смерти, и он будет умерщвлен, и ты повесишь его на дереве,
And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree:
사람이 만일 죽을 죄를 범하므로 네가 그를 죽여 나무 위에 달거든
Si l'on fait mourir un homme qui a commis un crime digne de mort, et que tu l'aies pendu à un bois,

то тело его не должно ночевать на дереве, но погреби его в тот же день, ибо проклят пред Богом всякий повешенный на дереве, и не оскверняй земли твоей, которую Господь Бог твой дает тебе в удел.
His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
그 시체를 나무 위에 밤새도록 두지 말고 당일에 장사하여 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 기업으로 주시는 땅을 더럽히지 말라 나무에 달린 자는 하나님께 저주를 받았음이니라
son cadavre ne passera point la nuit sur le bois; mais tu l'enterreras le jour même, car celui qui est pendu est un objet de malédiction auprès de Dieu, et tu ne souilleras point le pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne pour héritage.
